Are You Smarter Than Year 7 and 9? (Di Malaysia, Year 9 ialah 14 tahun iaitu Form 2)

Students in Year 3, 5, 7 and 9 in Australia sat for the National Assessment Program few weeks ago. This national assessment meant to test their comprehension on several basic subjects like numeracy, spelling, grammar and punctuation. These sample numeracy questions were published on Sunday Mail Adelaide (17th May 2009). Feel free to outdo yourself with these questions and see your ‘smartness’ level.

To be honest, I was struggling to answer one or two numeracy questions of Year 9. Oh my.. *tepuk dahi sendiri*… Mungkin sebab dah terlalu lama meninggalkan dunia hisab (alasan). I bet engineers would solve this with one eye closed, while eating peanuts. (Kan Nadiya kan? =p).
